We've made it very easy for you to track your order once you've received your order tracking number via email, or Messenger if you selected that option at checkout. If your order has been fulfilled, only then would you have received an email with your order tracking number. Once you have it, simply copy and paste it into the search bar above.

Make sure you use the exact same tracking number sent to you, otherwise we will not be able to accurately match the order number and tracking number with our records. When you track your order you will receive information regarding your order status.

Why does my tracking number not work?

Upon receiving an email notifying you that your order has been fulfilled, shipped and on its way, please allow 2-4 business days for tracking to be activated. On average, this is the time it takes for your package to be scanned in the first customs check point.
